Job Description
As a pre-sales engineer collaborates with sales / sales companies to conduct proposal activities related to the construction of UC (Unified Communication) and VC (Video Communication) environments for end users.
Supports the design / introduction of UC environment to sales companies. (Participation in study groups, outline design, PoC, design support, introduction support, transition support, project management, etc.)
Provide training and operational advice when introducing the UC environment. / Carry out fault isolation and manufacturer escalation.
Create introduction cases and verification result reports, share information inside and outside the company, and use it for pre-sales activities.
As a pre-sales engineer, build relationships with dealer / reseller engineers and vendor engineers.
Make an effort to acquire the skills necessary for the above activities. Acquire various engineering certifications as necessary.
Requirements
Proposal / design / construction skills for UC / VC environments such as Cisco, POLYCOM, Zoom, AVAYA, NEC, Hitachi, OKI, etc.
Microsoft proposal / design / construction skills such as Skype, MS Teams, O365
Project management skills, communication skills, facilitation skills
Japanese: Mandatory native
English: Reading technical materials and email communication are required ※ Business communication is possible
