Job Description
Title: Accounting Manager アカウンティングマネージャー

Responsible for overseeing General Accounting, closing and management/financial reporting under Group guideline.

• Maintain strong internal controls over the financial reporting process
• Meet local and international requirements on accounting, tax and legal matters
• Plan and control closing procedures (monthly / quarterly / yearly) and ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and headquarters in liaison with BPC team
• Maintain properly the accounting system and ledgers including chart of accounts, accounting policies and procedures and control processes
• Prepare local statutory reporting
• Support the preparation of the tax return and ensure appropriate treatment and controls for tax reporting matters
• Supervise asset reconciliation processes to ensure integrity of reporting
• Review discrepancies analysis report of inventory
• Implement appropriate procedures to maintain and improve internal control systems and complete Group internal control reporting requirements
• Provide necessary data / information to external and internal auditors or tax auditors
• Maintenance and development of Business Continuity processes for Accounting team responsibilities
• Take charge in ad-hoc projects related to accounting flows, rules and systems
• Support and develop the team (3 members)

・会計、税、法的事項に関する国内および国際的な要件を満たしているか確認する
・終了手順（月次/四半期/年次）を計画および管理し、BPCチームと連絡を取りながら、経営陣および本社に報告する
・会計方針と手順などなど、会計システムの管理
・現地の法定報告を準備する
・納税申告書作成のサポート
・調整プロセスの監督
・在庫の差異分析レポートを確認する
・社内のコントロールシステムを見直し、レポートを作成する
・社内外の監査や税務監査に必要なデータ/情報を共有する
・会計チームの管理
・会計フロー、ルール、システムに関連するアドホックプロジェクトの担当
・チームのサポートと管理（3人のメンバーがいます）

Requirements
-University Degrees in Economic/Finance/Business major, CPA preferable.
-Accounting experience
-Knowledge of IFRS and experience in accounting procedures in business
-Communication skills and a positive mindset
-Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks/projects
-Business level English skills

-関連分野の学士号を取得していると好ましい。（経済/金融/ビジネス専攻、CPAなど）
-経理の経験
-IFRS(国際財務報告基準)の知識とビジネスにおいての会計手続きの経験
-コミュニケーションスキルがあり、ポジティブな方
-プレッシャーに強く、複数のタスクも効率的にこなせる方
-ビジネスレベルの英語
