仕事詳細
Responsibilities: At Khaya we believe in freedom and creativity. As a Local Scout during the Olympics you will be assisting in handling all logistics for the providers and clients before and during the event. Your responsibilities will include:
• Communication with accommodation providers and coordination with local transportation companies
• Visiting and inspecting the hotels and verifying with transport suppliers/Preparation for check-ins
• Welcoming our clients at the airport and assisting during check-in
• Concierge services: Introducing clients to city and local facilities (hospitals, pharmacies, etc.) Suggesting and organizing leisure activities and excursions/Recommending and making reservations at bars, restaurants, etc.
Preferred profile:
• Young and energetic with a desire to contribute to the success of and be part of the 2020 Summer Olympic Games
• Very good knowledge of the city and its surroundings
• Experience in an operational role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism and/or event industry
• Good communication skills, can work well under pressure and solve problems analytically
• MS Office (good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Language Skills:
• Japanese: Fluent (Written and Spoken)
• English: Business Level (Written and Spoken)

• アテンド業務：海外クライアントの入退去やお部屋の内覧のアテンド
• メール対応業務：海外クライアントからのご予約に伴う、ご質問やご要望への返信
• 電話対応業務：海外クライアントからの問合せ対応 • 上記以外、ホスピタリティに係わる業務全般（社内外国人スタッフへの英文業務連絡
レポート、スカイプミーティング等を含む）
• その他現場での調整業務 • ホテル、サービスアパートメント会社との対応
