Accounting Manager

Looking for an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the division and help the company be fully aware of its accounting and financial condition. This way you will be engaged in an important part of both team and to accomplish long term success.

Job Description
Key responsibilities / 業務内容
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
• Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to related regulations and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Support accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Support IPO preparation
• Lead other accounting projects

• 税務業務：税務申告補助など

Requirements
Requirements / 採用要件
• At least 10+ years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• High business level written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese
• BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field is a plus but not required
