Job Description

・To lead the Oncology country MSL department in alignment with CPO, global medical affairs organization and with Oncology Medical & franchise strategy.
• To establish Oncology Japan centre of excellence for MSL within the framework of the Oncology Medical and Oncology organization.
• To build MSL capabilities, ensure appropriate skill up, to establish appropriate metrics to measure success and to ensure rock solid compliance.
• To build a level of MSL excellence that to be determined future can be sustained within the framework of the Oncology Medical.
Requirements
Required: Be considered as a peer to the Medical Experts.
MD, PharmD, pharmacist, PhD and other life sciences or equivalent with solid medical/technical background and proven competencies including influencing, negotiation, presentation skills, clinical research insight, business and market knowledge.
Languages:
Fluent in English & local language (oral and written).
Experience/
Professional requirement:
. Demonstrated capabilities for a field based medical role and proven competency at the Sr. MSL level
. Proven ability to lead and coach scientific/medical personnel at all skill and knowledge levels
. Proven ability to interpret, communicate and implement medical/scientific strategies to direct reports
. Strong leadership/people management mind-set, personal integrity and demonstrated customer focus
