Finance Officer

Company Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Finance Officer to contribute to the Finance & Accounting division by managing daily financial tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finance.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient and rational process creation and operation, at the same time, you will be engaged in and be an important part of Investor Relations, future possible IPO preparation which lead to accomplish long term success.

Job Description
Supporting financial activities (Budget plan, Budget control, Financing, Finance report)
Supporting investor relationship (Investor communication, Reporting, Equity admisitrative)
Supporting future IPO (Preparation of rules, IPO documents, Internal control)

財務部門の実務支援（資金計画の策定、予実管理、資金調達、財務報告等の支援）
IR支援（株主対応、株主報告、株式事務等の支援）
将来的なIPO準備（規程整備、内部統制整備、申請書類作成等の支援等）

Requirements
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese
