Company Overview
Our client is a global leader in Real Estate Fund Management employing strategies covering core, value added and opportunistic markets. As they continue to expand their operations in Japan, they are looking to grow their Research and Strategy Function with an Analyst.
Job Description
Among other responsibilities you will:
- Work closely with the APAC team developing investment strategies
- Work with the fund raising team on investor product development
- Conduct Macro research to support the investment team
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in research for real estate or an as economist.
- Strong English skills
- Strong presentation skills
