French luxury brand is looking for a business planning & control manager, up to 13M!

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
➢ Participate in developing brand growth strategies and business plan
➢ Lead whole process of planning budget and forecasts in compliance with HQ’s requirement
➢ Propose seasonal purchasing budget (OTB) to the management
➢ Conduct appropriate analysis to assess the validity of the seasonal sell thru target proposed
by Retail Director
➢ Define ideal inventory level and mix, liaise with Merchandising / Supply Chain team to
achieve the target
➢ Conduct financial analysis to evaluate effectiveness of expenses, and analyze profitability
➢ Propose contingency plan and improvement action plans to meet the target
➢ Make recommendation and monitor actions to optimize return on capital employed
➢ Lead expence control and business monitoring through various sources of information
➢ Review and validate the financial reporting
➢ Lead internal and external audit process
➢ Lead ensuring company’s all activities are compliant to company’s policies and procedures
➢ Supervise and develop an assistant

Requirements
Job Requirement:
➢ Education: University degree or higher
➢ Native level Japanese and Business level English
➢ Seven or more years of experience in Finance ( Business Planning, FP&A and Accounting)
preferably in Retail or FMCG industry
➢ Strong leadership to involve people to achieve business goals
➢ Good communication skills with all levels of organization
➢ Proactive, agile, self-motivated and team oriented
➢ People management experience
