Manager, Strategic Resource Planning Group at Global Pharmaceutical maker
Job Description
Key Job Accountabilities
Work with stakeholders across organization to identify opportunities for growth through more effective resource allocation
Concretize strategic direction into resource allocation including targeting and FTE calculation and its execution
Contribute to planning and execution of effective and actionable strategies
Specified Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
Proficiency in applications such as Excel (ability to use appropriate functions is a must) and Access
Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, despite of seniority
Strong strategic mindset with critical and logical thinking and high problem solving skills
Willing to challenge status quo with high flexibility and agility
Desirable Requirements
English proficiency; Business level in writing and speaking, preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical Sales Force Effectiveness and/or in Next Best Action planning, plus
Experience/knowledge of data driven engagement model, plus
