This is a HR Business Partner Position:
n order to help business leaders achieve their goals, HRBP works directly and closely with them, and provide strategic advice and consultation on all aspects of HR (Talent development, recruiting & Staffing, organizational development, labor management, performance management, etc.), collaborating with other parts of HR team such as Talent Management Group, Talent Acquisition Group, Labor/Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit Group and Operations Group, and are required to be change agents to foster culture and improve engagement in the assigned organizations.
The Commercial Division has been transforming itself into an Agile organization since 2020 and is still evolving to maximize the effects of this transformation.

HR Experience - 4 years or more

Project Management Experience
