Job Description
You will be responsible for leading the company for any issues regarding labour issues. This role will work across the business to help ensure smooth practices are kept and and to ensure that the legality of the business is kept intact. Other duties include investigations for all levels of the business and working with the APAC team to help understand law and labour practices in Japan
Requirements
- Min of 5 yrs working in legal - preference for a Qualified Lawyer - Japan or other Jurisdiction
- experience working with investigations in a corporate setting
- Strong communications skills, Native Japanese and Fluent in English
- Experience working with various stake holders in business
