Company Overview
Our client is a global, financial services firm with a growing custody business in Japan. Due to a growing pipeline, they are needing to expand their team with the hiring of a transaction professional.
Job Description
Our client looks at transactions across Solar Power Projects, Real Estate projects, LBO finance as well as other investment products.
The main responsibilities will revolve around the following:
1. Documentation, Due-diligence and Closing of Trust deals
2. Administration of existing deals
Requirements
- Work experience in Structured Finance in a Financial Institution, Rating Agency, Accounting Firm or Investment Fund.
- English (Business level)
- 5 years work experience
Work experience in the following is also highly desired if possible.
- Trust Administration in Trust Bank or Trust company
- Corporate loan related experience in Financial Institution
