Job Description
This position is responsible for:
・Strategic sourcing to develop the best-in-class competitive product in the Electric powertrain business – APAC region.
・Working with a global team in BU Purchasing, Commodity Purchasing, Direct Purchasing, SQA, Finance, and Engineering.
・Establishing a sourcing strategy with the best analysis of supplier’s quality, delivery, cost, technology, service, business continuity plan, finance, and market competitiveness.
・Developing a new technology from a supplier to lead the new mobility market with our new product.
・Launching a new product safely and timely to meet a customer's expectation.
・Teaching, coaching, and empowering his/her subordinates.
Requirements
・5+ years’ senior sourcing experience in an active electric component category.
・3+ years’ International job experience.
・High willingness to make/drive decisions
・Ability to translate business needs into strategic actions
・Excellent planning and analytical skills
・Dynamic and continuously looking for improvements
