This is a benefits business partner role.
Today, the business expansion leads to the need of a strong talent to be in charge of the design and review of their benefits Manager Comments: the design and review of their benefits packages to ensure their ability to offer top tiers working conditions while maintaining all aspects of legal compliance. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. The brand proposes a unique opportunity for a business partner to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing environment. Collaborating with internal stake holders, you would be responsible for the oversight of the company’s benefits package, total rewards package and contribute to global projects; all while staying current on employment trends.
