Currently, in Japan, it has expanded its business in both manufacturing and management. Combined with the factory and the head office in Tokyo, it has over 90 employees and continues to grow in Japan.
職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HR Specialist position focusing on HR operations.
The business’s constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will support the operation of the HR implementation.
You will be working closely with the HR manager and assisting the growth of the business by providing efficient communications among employees and admirative data collection. You will be expected to expand your career on a larger scale in HR and receive chances to experience working closely with APAC teams.
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Solid experience in HR operations such as payroll or labor specialist.
• Good communication skills and flexibility.
• Comfortable in English writing. (For mostly Email usage)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software usage.
