International data analytics company with strong international growth plans. Seeking Head of Finance to deliver strategies to maintain rapid growth domestically and overseas.
Job Description
Design, implement, execute projects to promote corporate growth as a senior partner
Organize timely financial disclosure information for internal and external review
Execute due diligence and PMI support in M & A deals
Requirements
Ability to set goals and work towards them independently while leading a team
Experience in consultation work or practical experience in organizational restructuring and/or M&A
Working experience in English and fluent Japanese
