Job Description
This is a position that gives the HRBP professional an opportunity to create a team from scratch by working closely with the department head, you will

Grow the team through both domestic and international hiring
Build HR framework in training, performance evaluation, salary benchmarking, etc
Work as HR advisor to senior leadership in creating business strategy

Requirements
Experience in start-up or venture company
Experience in the Tech industry
Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment activities
Great communication skills in both Japanese and English
