Our client is a leading, global pharmaceutical company. They are currently searching for a candidate to be responsible for their Real Estate holdings across Japan and Korea.
Job Contents:職務内容

 Overall Management of all Real Estate holdings and maintaining/following all Corporate real estate guidelines and standards.
 Build internal relationships and work closely with business line leaders to understand their real estate needs.


 Manage the KPIs of the portfolio with regards to cost reduction and space utilization and so forth as well as managing all lease terms and negotiations
 Manage relationships with third party service provider
 Manage the real estate team and ensure all staff are up to date on regulatory and company guidelines


Required Skills:必要なスキル・経験


 10 years of experience in engineering or finance with site experience
 Strong experience in real estate - facility management, lease negotiations, transaction management and occupancy planning
 Strong presentation and analytical skills
 Good financial background - able to build/manage a budget and develop financial models


Qualification要件・資格

 Bachelor Degree, MBA would be nice
 Will need strong English and Japanese skills
