職務内容 The Position
This is an HR Manager (with 3 subordinates) based in the Fukushima plant.
HR manager of company plant. adviser to client leaders, partnering with clients on matters for organizational capabilities, capacity analyses and planning.
Talent selection and development, organizational communications.
Performance management, Development & compensation.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
BS/BA Degree
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with 3 years of covering generalist roles
Change Management, Organizational effectiveness/development.
Policy development and administration, recruitment/selection, compensation.
Employment law, Employee relations, performance management.
HRIS and.or employee management training/development.
