THE JOB
- To prepare/analyse financial management reports to drive business performance and to provide value added business support to function/brand management on all of financial matters.
- To actively work with accounting team to ensure financial reports are compliant with IFRS and statutory regulations and to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of the reports.
- To act as a real business partner in setting strategy in line with global strategic directions.
- Promote financial discipline within the function, ensures quality and integrity of the financial data and own deep market insights (e.g., SWOT analysis).
- To monitor performance continuously including timely challenges whenever progresses are behind the target.
- To actively work with internal control and accounting team to ensure proper level of risk management in an operations including internal control, credit control, and security.
- To play a key role toward enhancement of anticipation competence in order to make risk management operation more preventive one.
- To lead /be actively involved in various corporate projects, collaborate with local brand and support function team and ensure effective liaison with the corporate finance team.

REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience
- High level of integrity
- Structured, result-oriented and decision maker
- Teamwork thinking and behavior, positive mood-maker to motivate members
- Can manage politics and human/organizational relations under the matrix functions/lines
