FP&A Senior Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Prepare and analyze Budgets and Forecasts for Divisions, Business Lines and Offices

·         Be a Business Partner to the business and correspond with business partners within the organization and support management decisions

·         Give a strategic advice to each business line for them to meet/exceed the budget for the year

·         Proactively engage in the internal project such as business reorganization

·         Improve performance by creating and evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

·         Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         A minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Planning, Business Planning, and/or accounting

·         Native Japanese and business level English is a must

·         A very good team player and keen learner

·         Strong analytical thinking

·         Work under pressure with tight deadlines

·         Capable to present and work with senior management team

·         High communication skills and understanding of business

 

REPORTING LINE

·         This position will report to the Japan Finance Director
