RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial strategy solutions (Finance Strategy)
Finance Transformation & provisioning
· Finance function (accounting, finance, etc. department) benchmark analysis of
· Restructuring group structure reform
· Reorganization management integration with the (Post Merger Integration: PMI)
2. Corporate performance management solutions (Enterprise Performance Management)
Business Intelligence (Business Intelligence: BI)
· Transform for EPM (enterprise value improvement by the performance evaluation management of a new era)
· Strategic Performance Management (Strategic Performance Management)
· Risk management (ERM)
· Group Management System construction support
· budget management reform support
· cost management reconstruction
3. Accounting
· System enhancement solution (Finance Operations) Unification of global accounting system (IFRS introduction etc)

REQUIREMENTS
