Internal Audit Manager - Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES         

·         Lead, perform and finalize internal audits over the all investment relate processes

·         Lead and execute daily internal auditing for timely delivery of audit deliverables in accordance with the Company's internal audit policy/methodology under the supervisor's direction

·         Identify and assess risks and built/modify the annual and quarterly audit plan

·         Deliver value adding internal audit services with finding material audit issues to provide management with improvement opportunities through the internal auditing

·         Provide value adding advices on investment areas to management and related committees

·         Promote integrated auditing with IT and non-IT auditors and data analytics (DA) driven assurance activities

·         Lead, supervise and coach auditors with good understanding of Japanese and global working culture

·         Maintain professional, trust based relationship with management and auditees

·         Leading value adding changes to the department and the entire Internal Audit Head Quarters

·         Provide good mentoring and motivate junior staff to accomplish business objectives

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Internal/external auditing experiences for at least 5 years or so

·         Experiences in auditing or working on Investment operation/ Investment risk management (middle office) or Investment accounting/ Investment finance/ Portfolio management (back office) functions. Financial instruments including derivatives related technical expertise is necessary

·         Experiences in identifying, assessing risks, and developing, executing audit programs and plans
