THE COMPANY
Our client is a global automotive company.
THE JOB
- The Business Controller will manage a team of 3-4 people and report directly to the CFO.
- The Business Controller oversees the business and financial operations of the company and shares responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance.
- The Business Controller performs financial analysis, develop financial planning processes and design and implement overall business plans assisting to local management.
- The Business Controller works as partners with the FP&A and Accounting teams, working directly with the Chief Financial Officer, and play a key role in supporting them.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive finance and accounting experience
- People management experience
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Obtaining financial modeling experience
