Job Contents:
The company is growing rapidly in Japan and is increasing business through the retail channel. They are looking for someone smart and creative to join their Events team, to come up with ideas and manage events that help bring more consumers to the store and build brand identity.
Responsible for all events : in-store and off-site space
Identify moments that bring customers close to the product, and conceptually design events, run the event, and manage post-event feedback
Work closely with retail manager and store team to create superior customer experience
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience managing B2C or B2B events
Fluent in Japanese, Intermediate level English
Experience organizing, managing events, good at meeting deadlines, creativity
Comfortable working cross-functionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
