International Project Manager(E-Commerce)

The Role 職務内容

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate International Project Manager to build new commerce experience for customers globally.  We are trying to integrate commerce experience between offline and online, and we will bring "Digital ways" to all commerce experience and operations dramatically. In addition, we will deliver the services to all markets.

In this situation, you need to work with business people and IT people in each region and market to understand what they want, what are business opportunities, and review their requests. Then prioritize requests and inputs to development team, and make a whole plan and drive a project to delivery products/services smoothly.

You have responsibilities for multiple brands under the company.

Responsibilities
•Collect requests from each market by collaboration with local business team and local IT members
•Review requests, and drive prioritization
•Make a plan and run for product delivery with project management method
•Support local team to release local project successfully
•Collect and share best practices globally

Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
Requirements
•3+ years Project Management experience with global scale
•Excellent communication skills to involve and drive people
•Ability to find problems, root cause, solutions, and drive people to resolve them
•Ability to create hypotheses and drive testing to tackle complex problems
•Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage data to make decisions 
•Comfortable communication in English and Japanese

Preferred Qualifications
•Working experience for global products is a plus
•Understand agile development method, and SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle)
•Understanding of the latest technologies around EC, Smartphone is a plus

Language
Business Level English and Business Level Japanese
