仕事詳細
Responsibilities:
Develop monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting and long range planning for specific business segments and assist with company-wide roll up
Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports including key performance metrics
Liaise with various departments to improve operating processes, efficiencies and reporting. The role will interact regularly with the following groups: accounting, treasury, shared services, tax, legal, and payroll
Maintain and enhance efficiency of internal financial reporting processes
Create ad-hoc analyses to drive business strategy
Support strategic planning and review processes
Help drive KPI and finance accountability and visibility throughout the organization
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree; major in finance, accounting, and/or economics
MBA or Master’s degree desired
8+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting; FP&A experience is a must
Strong communicator and collaborator
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Japanese
