You will be reporting to the global HQ as the key contact person for the Finance team within Japan, leading a team and helping to achieve further growth of an already well-established international business. Your all-round finance skill and close contact with senior management will drive a dynamic organization onwards.

Job Description
Qualification

Studies of Business Administration with special emphasis in Finance Management, especially Management Accounting or similar education, e.g. CPA,
Knowledge in Taxes is an additional advantage
Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Knowledge in ERP programs, SAP FI/CO would be an advantage
Knowledge of multidimensional databases would be an advantage
Languages: Japanese, English
Knowledge

Knowledge of monthly and annual closing process and content including deviation analysis against budget and previous year for:
Profit and Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Segment Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Cost Center Accounting
Product Calculation
Economic Efficiency Calculation
Stock Controlling
Budgeting
Setup and follow up of Business Cases
Multidimensional Sales Controlling
Project Controlling
Commercial law, Tax law is an advantage
Factory-related accounting and Controlling
Cost calculation
Experience

Min. 5 years’ experience in a production and sales company in an international environment

Preparation and Evaluation of Capital Expenditure Decision
Multidimensional Sales and Margin Analysis
Shop Performance Controlling
Coordination of economic questions and definition of standards within the whole Japan business in accordance to group guidelines
Support of the half year and annual closing process in accordance with commercial and tax law and group guidelines
Contact person for the Japanese Management Team and global departments of the entire company
