A global gaishikei company in the factory automation/robotics, well known among professionals on the field are looking for grow their Japan office.
They have an outstanding in the global markets--even with media attention--and plan to further establish themselves in the Japanese market. Their systems is known for their high quality.
There is a newly-opened Sales Director position to manage 6 subordinates to expand their business in manufactring, automotive, medical, construction, and the research field as well.
Requirements:
Experience in either robotics OR factory automation OR robotics at a trading company (manufacturing)
Team management experience
Business-level English
Responsibilities:
Execute sales nad marketing strategy to achieve targets for systems, products, and services.
Develop the team and proactive lead the sales organization
Communicate with HQ
Use industry knowledge to expand the business
