職務内容 The Position

This is C&B Team Leader || 給与計算スチームリーダー position.

The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the company’s teams in ways that are both simple and effective. You will support a leadership position within its Payroll & Benefits Team under the HR department, conceiving practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. The team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.

 

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience

·         Manage a team between 2 and 4 people.

·         Delivering payroll tasks, including payroll calculation, preparing monthly payroll reports, year-end adjustment, etc.　　　　　　

·         In-depth knowledge of Japanese payroll and relevant Japanese Labor Law, including familiarity with processing and filing requirements relating to income tax, health, pension, and labor insurance
