Job Description
- Play a key role in delivery of the growth objectives of the region by managing the sell-out sales, promotion management and execution, branch and store visits, inventory and merchandising for the Japan market.
- Manage accounts, key activations and marketing initiatives to drive sales and manage payments and collections.
- Manage sales activity, assist with strategy & drive relationships with key customers, senior engagement within key accounts, distributors and major channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Manage on the ground business development and step out growth opportunities and channel expansion
Requirements
- Solid background in FMCG sales, e-commerce and/or FDM with category management. Experience with large high profile retailers is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG sales and e-commerce channel experience in Japan.
- Demonstrated delivery of sales targets, budget development and tracking, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- University degree required.
- Analytical ability with strong Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint skills and computer literacy.
- Clean full driver’s license.
