Job Description
Ø Managing the customer portfolio of the allocated area, from order taking to delivery
Ø Orders monitoring together with the production
Ø Triggering and monitoring of shipments with completion of the needed documents for the exportation (Certificate of origin)
Ø Managing means of payment (process letters of credit, check payment conditions)
Ø Following up client’s payments, telephone contact with clients or agents in the covered geographic areas for delivery monitoring and dispute resolution
Ø Managing restocking demands/restocking proposals
Ø Good knowledge of export formalities
Ø Collections shipment
Ø Real front office contract between customer and firm
Ø Credit management with clients
Ø Assist sales team with dossier monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of domestic logistics operation experiences, preferably in fashion
- University Degree
- English: Business Level
