Job Description
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and suggest new ways to increase sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Undertake all key activities of Sales to manage the assigned sales effectively;
• Developing, managing & driving implementation of a comprehensive account plan;
• Take responsibility for achieving sales and other targets, financial and non-financial;
• Take responsibility for marketing strategies and planning including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning;
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities;
• Develop and manage sales/marketing budget;
• Attract, train, develop and retain team talent who understand Harman value, appreciate;
Harman products, eager to enhance Harman brand, and work as a team;
• Improves work processes.
Requirements
• Strong skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy
• Proven experience as key account manager
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with
professionals of all organizational levels
• Ability to plan and manage sales & marketing programs at both strategic and operational levels
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that have
consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through
example
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented
environment
• Track record as a Account Manager of C.E.Chain Sales with experience 5+ years
