Job Description
The candidate will take care of direct sales activities except for the Kanto region. His/her main responsibilities will be:
Achieving defined sales targets
Lead generation by visiting exhibitions, trade shows etc.
Demonstrating products to new customers
After-sales support
Contacting cold leads from the database
Researching new fields and industries in the web
Building up partner relationships with key players in the industry
Detailed reporting, forecast and activity overview
Requirements
Must Haves:
Native Japanese language level
Business level English
Sales experience in technical products with proven track record
Sales driven with the hunger to close deals
Flexible, Reliable, Efficient
Independent AND Team Player
Outgoing and cheerful personality with a drive for hunting new customers
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
Experience and joy to work on the phone and email
Eagerness to learn and grow
Nice to Haves:
Experience working within a foreign company
Other language skills than Japanese and English (German, Chinese, Korean)
Sales experience in Machine Vision or related industries
Experience in Machine Vision, Automation or related industries
Experience in detailed reporting and documentation
