Job Description
Work for middleware platform management to make sure the efficiency and stability, and also plan and execute the improvement roadmap of platform in charge.

【Key Accountabilities】
1.Platform Design Support
2.Platform Incident Management
3.Platform Refresh Roadmap and Management
(Incl. Refresh / Scale out & up Plan)
4.Platform IT Strategy (Incl. PoC)
5.Platform Communication (Tribes / Business)

【Specific Activities】
1.Participate Design Authority
2.Quick Incident Shooting
2.Analyze the root cause of Incident and implement the solution.
3.Organize the platform roadmap
3.Take a lead of roadmap initiatives
4.Co-work with Platform Architect to support the AXA IT strategy.
4.Co-work with Platform Architect to implement new platform solution.
5.Communicate with related people in Tribes and Business team.

・Monitor and analyze the status of platform.
・Define the improvement target and organize the road map.
・Standardize and implement the required guideline / governance methodology and process / tools.
・Make sure the value in the platform management taking into consideration Efficiency / Productivity / Security / Profitability / Growth.

・Make sure lean start from high priority items, and the agility and frequency of delivery.
・Focus on the incident shooting taking into consideration the impact on business profit and operation efficiency.
・Make sure the alignment between platform management and IT strategy.
・Communicate with members in IT Guilds and Platforms and Tribes, Business team.

・Basic IT Operation Knowledge
・Project Management Knowledge (Incl. planning and governance, reporting skill)

・OS Knowledge
・Cloud environment Knowledge
・Web + Java application Knowledge
・Presentation Skill

・Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

【Soft Skill】
・2+ Years of soft skill experience
・Has the ability to identify new development opportunities and best practices and communicate them to management.
・A desire to be mentored
・English and Japanese language ability in business level

Additional Job Information
Job Grade = P3
Salary Range = 7M to 11M Pkg
Target age: up to 40's (Not 50's)
Business level in English & Japanese is MUST (英語・日本語必須)
