Job Description
• Carry out customer service business development for Creaform’s customers in the Americas;
• Develop strategies to increase the sales of plans and accessories for Creaform products;
• Carry out the sale of corporate plans to Creaform’s key accounts (in collaboration with the Sales Coordinator and Support Manager);
• Follow-up with resellers regarding support sales objectives;
• Train resellers and internal agents on support sales;
• Develop relations with customers and resellers to improve the level of sales;
• Develop forecasts and sales reports for his assigned region;
• Develop and monitor support sales targets for distributors;
• Improve communication with internal sales teams and assist them with the production of quotes.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years experience in sales;
• Hold an Engineering Bachelor's degree equivalent;
• Available to travel within its territory (20% of the time);
• Be bilingual (Japanese, English ) both verbally and in writing;
• Interest and aptitude for customer service and sales;
• Knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) software.
