Prestigious and global European apparel manufacturer is now looking for a Customer Support supervisor.
Job Description
- Provide assistance to our clients by replying to product, after-sales, Corporate enquiries through emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately track client details and requests using CRM systems
- Manage directly high-priority and escalated cases as well as relationships with top customers
- Work closely with the Europe HQ to further design and develop the service for the Japanese market
- Serve as ‘Voice of the Customer’ across the company and ensure processes, communication, tools are constantly reviewed to meet customers’ expectations
Requirements
- Japanese native speaker with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English with both excellent verbal and written skills is a must
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a service and sales-oriented customer care team in the luxury industry, either in-store or in a standard customer service environment
- Natural flair for dealing with people, empathy and intuition
- Action-oriented and drive for results, excellent team player
- Proficient with the use of computer, software applications and the most common ticketing systems and CRM
- Be really passionate about the fashion industry
- Previous international experiences both in professional and non-professional contexts are considered a plus
