Job Description
1. Own it, Drive it: Lead the digital planning to maximise organization productivity, sales and brand awareness/engagement in Japan. Create meaningful digital strategies across the different business areas that cut through and deliver results:
2. Lead the cross-functional implementation of initiatives, technologies and campaigns in close collaboration with the multi-functional team
3. Be the champion of digital knowledge and spread it across the brands and functions
4. Identify opportunity and quickly engage the organization to step up our digital presence. Keep abreast of key competitor activities, systematically reporting on activity and integrating key learning’s in Japan programmes.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in Digital (digital agencies, client marketing organizations, network engineer) with some digital planning experience, including ideally digital media, cross channel campaign management, e-commerce, CRM, SNS, digital analytics.
2. Understanding of 1) how to use digital marketing channels, techniques, and operating models (e.g., org, processes, capabilities, client/agency engagement), 2) advertising technology ecosystem and digital agency landscape.
3. Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital topics: data-driven thinker
4. Ability to build & maintain effective relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English, and to communicate with senior leaders.
5. Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence.
6. Proactive, results-oriented, flexible approach to work, challenger spirit.
