Job Description
【Job summary】
We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist (or Manager) to take over our semiconductor assembly equipment marketing and grow revenue in accordance with corporate goals. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing our sales force with the information it requires to advance product sales, and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target customers for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue.
【Responsibilities】
◆Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
◆Lead the sales (marketing) team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
◆Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales (and marketing teams).
◆Create training materials and training programs for each member of the sales team
Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company

・Business level English or above
・Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
・5+ years’ product marketing experience
・Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
・Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
・Large-scale event management experience
