Job Description
Report to MKS Japan Sales Manager;
Understand MKS V&A and L&M products and technology, as well as applications;
Maintain and grow Sales revenue of products and service from existing accounts;
Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new customers as well as develop senior contacts of Key accounts;
Plan and arrange customers meetings and visit customers proactively;
Gather market, technical, and customers information at high level;
Find and identify any business opportunities and get the design in, working with Technical support team and MKS headquarter Business Units;
Find and identify any L&M products cross selling opportunities from existing and new customers;
Weekly update of Sales forecast and activities, especially key projects and key products;
Monthly forecast and activities update as well as Key Accounts customers production forecast;
Review own sales performance to meet and exceed the target with Sales manager;
Attend regional meetings and Tel conference call as required;
Determine the terms and condition of an agreement and close sales, including price and delivery terms;
Represent MKSJ at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations if any;
Understand MKS company compliance and export control;
Requirements
5~10 years Sales experience in Microelectronics market;
5~10 years working experience as Sales in multi-national company;
Proven Sales skills and experience;
Track record of solid commercial results in solutions selling;
Self-starter and self-motivated person, proactive, not reactive;
Good communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to intuitively relate to new; and different cultural and operational styles;
Solid commitment to customer service, internally and externally;
Preferably Electromechanical/Physics background;
Interact with customers on technical issues related to their applications;
Fluent Japanese and Business English level required;
