Company Overview
Our client, a world-leading advertising agency with a strong international presence, is looking for a new Senior Accountant to join it's Tokyo team.
Job Description
As Senior Accountant you will be responsible for all round accounting duties, including but not limited to:
Billings and day-to-day accounting activities.
Assist in monitoring accounting system and internal control .
Support and assist month-end closing activities including preparation of balance schedules
Assist in year-end and month-end closing process
Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
3 - 5 years' accounting experience
Solid communication skills in fluent Japanese and at least business level English
Good analytical and report writing skills
Ability to work independently
Additional Job Information
For the right candidate there will be additional duties, with potential to grow into an FP&A role, and possibly a managerial position in the future.
