- Our client is looking for a talented corporate counsel to support the Japan business.
Job Description
As a corporate counsel, you will provide general legal support to the Japan business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
- Providing legal advice on commercial transactions and related activities; and
- Conducting internal training on law and compliance issues.
Requirements
You will have:
- Attorney qualification (Japan or overseas);
- 5+ years of legal experience (private law or in-house);
- Experience drafting, reviewing and advising on Japanese and English contracts; and
- A strong commercial mindset.
Knowledge of the software industry is a plus.
