Job Description
This position for a Human Resources Business Partner
Manages the daily operation of Human Resource activities and works in partnership with Human Resource Specialists to ensure results.
Partner with client groups on all HR activities and strategically enhance processes as opportunities identified.
Develop strategies and tactics to address performance problems and opportunities in the organization
Partner with business to develop broad recruitment strategies for hard to fill, seasonal and project based activities
Maximize internal resources, build relationships with and utilize network of HR peers
Requirements
Degree or relevant work experience
Experience as HR generalist, or specialist in one or more functional area
Native level Japanese with Business English ability.
