Global Leader of Electronic Parts and Services is looking for an Experienced Contract Manager to join the Japan team
Job Description
- Review Contracts (NDA, transactions, Warranties, etc...)
- Work under the direction of the Asian legal dept to manage business contracts in Japan
- Work closely related to business side and contribute to sales and profits in Japan
Requirements
- fluency in English (TOEIC of 800+)
- experience in legal contract management (any industry)
- flexible, adaptable, able to work quickly
- great interpersonal skills
- Law School degree preferred but not required
