Job Description
Job Title: HRBP
Report to: HR Director in Japan
Location: Tokyo
Job Details: Partnering with business leaders and provide HR strategies and solutions to Talent Acquisition, talent management, Organizational Development and performance management
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as HRBP
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
- Technology industry background is an advantage
- Experience as engineer, sales person or various types of project manager will be considered positively
Additional Job Information
Compensation & Benefit: Flexible base + 10% Bonus
Working Hours: Flex-Time (core hours 11:00 – 15:00)
Environment: international and horizontal, over 30% non-Japanese employees
