Job Description
-Draft internal rules, regulations, etc.
-Establish basic policies for compliance for overall business
-Drafting compliance / manual etc.
-Compliance for employee training
-Internal audit
-Compliance record management
-Other matters concerning compliance
Requirements
Mandatory
Work experience with J - REIT or work experience in industry related to J - REIT
Business level English (emphasis on reading and writing)
Desired
-Experience Compliance of J - REIT (private placement fund etc)
-Compliance · Officer experience at other companies may be also considered, especially those who are in charge of practical affairs such as general manager etc of
-Compliance department knowledge and experience in Finance
