Job Description
Role Summary:
Design and develop new functions and features on the Angular applications used by the business side.
Work as part of the CRM Development Team in an Agile environment, and under the supervision of the
Development Lead for projects.
Role Details:

 Design, code, unit test, debug, and maintain Angular applications.
 Lead the design and code reviews to ensure best practices and high quality code.
 Partner with Web Designer and Product Owner to create the best experience for our users.
 Recommend, document and follow best practices around source control, deployment, and issue
tracking.
 Provide complexity estimations and improvement suggestions for the development of features and tools
for the CRM.
 Mentor and coach junior developers and impact the team through technical talks and presentations.
 Assist QA team and user-support team by providing technical support when needed.
 Participate in the migration of applications from AngularJS (V1) to Angular V7.

Requirements
Required & Desirable Skills:
 Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written). Japanese nice to have.
 4 years minimum of Web development experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS languages.
 Strong knowledge of Angular framework.
 Experience in Object Oriented Programming and front-end Unit testing.
 Working knowledge of Typescript and/or LESS CSS languages.
 Strong eye for design and code quality, and experience reviewing peers’ code.
 Good communication and strong teamwork skills.
 Experienced in working as a team member in a SCRUM environment.
 Exemplary integrity and reliability.
