Job Description
- Lead the general accounting and reporting for the General Ledger team
- Overlook closing work and coordinate with other departments
- Set the objectives for the GL team and monitor the team's performance
- Manage relations with government authorities in close collaboration with Tax Manager
- Work together with Finance Managers and auditors
- Direct the preparation of financial reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency to the company's corporate policies, GAAP, and Japan's policies
Requirements
- Japanese (native), English (business)
- Experience in general accounting
- People management experience
- J GAAP and IFRS knowledge
- Industry experience is a plus
