Company Overview
Our client is a popular fashion brand, with rich history and main focus on luxury leather pieces.
You will be a part of a small but well established finance and accounting team.
The office is conveniently located in Ginza, very close to the station.
Accountant will report to the Finance Manager for Japan and will cooperate with the APAC finance team.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Finance Manager on closing for Japan
- Supporting preparation for IFRS statements
- Supporting cash management
- Supporting annual tax filling and audit (you will have training and help on these tasks)
- Communicate with the outside parties (banks, auditors, consultants)
Requirements
- Japanese (native), English (business)
- Bokki 2
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting
- Understand monthly, annual closing (not necessarily perform independently)
- Excellent Excel skills
