Responsibilities:
- To audit potential hotels for evaluation
- To carry out communications and negotiations with partner hotels
- To be in charge of of the transformation work
- To facilitate vendor support
- To be in charge of the money flow in the transformation process

- High command of conversational English
- Native level Japanese
- Good negotiating, communication, problem-solving and data skills
- Energetic and eager attitude
- Comfortable in working with partner hotels
- Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Position: Transformation Lead
Salary: ~8m yen
Location: all over Japan

Job views:
The role is to effectively carry out the planning and execution of the transformation work, mainly by ensuring good communication and cooperation between the company and its partner hotels and setting an efficient time and cash flow management. Transformation Lead will also spread and infuse the company brand in its partner hotels, while making sure of the adherence of the company standards.
